Isafjorder, Iceland - August 15, 2016

Another very small fishing village and another forecast for cool and showery.  We went ashore just after breakfast, as it wasn't raining.  It turned out to be a very lovely little town.

A lot of our time was spent looking for a small park, which, as it turned out, was marked in the wrong spot on the map.  We did eventually find it, with its whale bone arch.

We stopped in a bakery and had a pastry that was kind of a banana-shaped doughnut.

We finally ran out of things to do, so we returned to the ship before lunch.  We never got rained on, but those passengers who dilly-dallied and went ashore in the afternoon did.

This is another country with a tongue-twister of a language.
